Footprints of Lord Rama in His 14 Years Exile

THE JOURNEY HAS BEGUN IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF BHAGWAN SHREE RAM

Filming Begins for 26 episode Docu-Web Series ‘Jahan Jahan Charan Pade Raghuvar Ke’ (Hindi) & 'Footprints of Lord Rama in His 14 Years Exile' (English) in Ayodhya.

With devotion in heart and a camera in hand, filmmaker Sunil Babbar and his dedicated team from Mumbai have set foot on the sacred soil of Ayodhya, capturing the divine essence of Lord Rama’s footsteps for the 26-episode docu-web series Jahan Jahan Charan Pade Raghuvar Ke (Footprints of Lord Rama in His 14 Years Exile).

Over the course of several days, the team filmed at some of the most revered and spiritually charged locations in and around Ayodhya — Saryu Ghat (during the spectacular Deepotsav on October 19), Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Dashrath Mahal, Guptar Ghat, Sita Kund, Suraj Kund, Mani Parbat, Nandi Gram (Bharat Kund), Gaura Ghar (Tamsa Ghat), and the outer precincts of the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.

Each location brought alive a page from the Ramayana, connecting mythology with geography — not as distant tales, but as living, breathing legacies that continue to inspire faith and moral strength.

“Filming in Ayodhya isn’t just documentation — it’s an experience of surrender,” said Sunil Babbar. “Every corner here carries an emotion, a story, a vibration that speaks of truth, sacrifice, and divine purpose.”

With two full episodes now completed — each running about 15–16 minutes — the Ayodhya segment of the series stands as a cinematic hymn to devotion and history. The city’s timeless aura, vibrant colors, and spiritual pulse have been beautifully captured under Sunil’s direction.

The team is now preparing for the second shooting schedule, which will begin soon from Shringverpur, moving through the exile-related paths of Prayagraj and Chitrakoot. These locations mark the early phase of Lord Rama’s 14-year exile and will deepen the visual and emotional scope of the narrative.

The docu-series, directed & hosted by Sunil Babbar, is a heartfelt attempt to retrace Lord Rama’s journey not merely as mythology, but as a spiritual odyssey through India’s sacred geography.
